Job Description

Position Overview:

This is a remote opportunity for managing and streamlining the referral process within a chain of ophthalmology clinics. This role involves coordinating between healthcare providers, patients, and administrative teams to ensure efficient and timely referrals. The Coordinator will also track and report on referral metrics to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Shift: Night Shift ( 6 pm to 3 am)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage incoming patient calls with a professional demeanor, ensuring timely and helpful responses to all inquiries.
  • Pay close attention to patients' concerns, responding with accurate, thoughtful information and viable solutions to their healthcare queries.
  • Navigate Electronic Medical Records to access and analyze patient data, facilitating the scheduling of medical appointments with appropriate doctors.
  • Record all patient interactions diligently in the CRM system for systematic tracking and management of customer service activities.
  • Work in synergy with colleagues to enhance service standards by sharing insights and implementing collective improvements in patient care

                Candidate Profile

                About You:

                • You have excellent English communication, spoken and written, skills and at least 1-year of professional experience in international voice process.
                • You have attention to detail and perform all tasks with high accuracy.
                • You demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
                • You own a computer with 2.4 GHz Processor and 8 GB RAM, professional noise-cancelling headphones, and at least 100 Mbps internet connection.
                • You have access to a completely a noise free working area in your home and a professional desk-chair setup.
                • Education in medical background is plus.

                Nice to have:

                • US/Canada healthcare professional experience
                • Healthcare-related certifications/degrees (India or North America)
                • Knowledge about Optometry/Ophthalmology
